This newly built, custom-designed second-floor coach house pulls the best upscale-hotel elements alongside everything you need to feel at home. Designed for two, the space is bright, airy and immaculately finished. Brand-new Café appliances, including a full fridge, in a fully stocked kitchen make for a morning Nespresso or a great at-home meal with provided oils and spices. Enjoy a movie or catch up on a favorite show on the 65" Frame TV. A custom Murphy bed with a supportive Tempur-Pedic mattress grants a great night's sleep while opening up the studio for daytime living. The stunning bathroom screams "take a selfie" with its gorgeous tile, chic wallpaper and brass finishes. Use the office for a productive week (or pop a Pack 'n Play in there) and enjoy a quiet, private space. A free in-unit washer/dryer combo lets you pack less for your unforgettable stay in the "Village within the City."

The retreat sits one block off Roscoe Street — coffee shops, restaurants, bars and boutiques are minutes away on foot. Walkable to Target, Whole Foods, Wrigley Field, the Southport Corridor and Lakeview. Free, no-permit street parking is abundant. The Brown Line is a few blocks away for Lakeview, Lincoln Park, Old Town, downtown and Lincoln Square; the Damen bus runs straight to the United Center, and the Belmont bus takes you to the beach or the Blue Line to O'Hare.

Guests get a custom keyless-entry code for seamless arrival and have the entire unit to themselves — no shared living. The coach house sits above the owner's garage with a private interior staircase; please note it is on the second floor and not wheelchair accessible. 24/7 outdoor lighting adds a sense of security in a safe, family-filled neighborhood.
